Refund policy

Change and warranties policy.

1. The time to make a change in BODY FIT S.A.S, is 15 days after the date of delivery of the product.
2. The analysis and approval of the change has a waiting time of 5 business days.
3. Products to which some type of discount has been applied are not subject to change.
4. BODY FIT S.A.S in no case makes the refund of money, the changes must be for other garments.
5. The additional costs generated by the change are borne by the customer.
6. Our products have a 60-day warranty period on factory defects.
7. Damage caused to clothing by misuse of garments and normal wear and tear of the garment by use shall not be subject to warranty.
8. Clothing for which warranty is requested shall be passed to a committee which shall have 7 working days to respond to the warranty.
9. The garments will be exchanged for garments from the collection to which they belong.
10. To request the warranty and/or change you must present the original invoice at the point of sale where I purchase the product, if you do not have the invoice you must wait 7 additional business days.
11. The product must be in the same condition in which it was sold, it must not have stains or odors.
12. All requests for changes and/or guarantees to BODY FIT S.A.S, will be made in the terms and according to the rules established in Title III, Chapter I in Law 1480 of 2011 – Statute of Consumer Protection and Decree 735 of 2013.
